The purchase of the Pipestone Cross Pendant allows one to follow in Father Baraga's footsteps in caring for the Native populations.  25% of each purchase will be going towards a native run organization.  The additional proceeds will be used  to help further Father Baraga's legacy among the Native populations. 
 
Please note that each pipestone cross is hardcarved and quarried by the Native Populations.  As a result each stone will be unique in pigment, color variations, and texture.  This cross was purchased from the Keepers of the Sacred Tradition of Pipemakers and was handcarved by someone of Dakota descent.  The purchase of this cross helps to keep the sacred tradition of carving pipestone alive which offsets some of the challenges that happened when the boarding schools were created after Baraga's passing.  Your purchase makes a difference.
